We source hair from Asia & Europe. Asian hair contains the thickest cuticle in the world. Asian hair also grows at a rapid speed of 15.3cm a year which means the hair used is recent and not old hair which has sustained damage. The hair diameter is twice the size of Caucasian & other hair types. This makes the hair versatile for styling.

Depending on the thickness of the individual, we offer 150g & 300g in our clip in ranges. We recommend if you have thin hair to always stick to 150g as it can be less discrete with more hair.

In Tape-Ins we offer 2.5g per strand x 20 = 50g per pack, we advise:

For added thickness no length to use 1 pack. (50g)
For Fine hair and to add length 2 packs. (100g)
For Medium hair 2-3 packs. (150g)
For Thick hair we recommend 3-5 packs. (250g)
For extra thick volume & length we recommend 6 packs. (300g)

I-TIPs
In I-TIPs we offer 1g per strand x 25 = 25g per pack,
For Fine hair we recommend 3-4 packs (100g)
For Medium hair 4-6 packs (150g)
For Thick hair 6-9 packs (225g)
For extra thick volume & length we recommend 7-10 packs (250g)

The extensions can be toned & dyed as they are 100% Human Remy hair. Bleaching is highly not recommended as any hair bleached multiple times will suffer from damage. We offer white blonde shade (#90) so you should not need to bleach MILLIONHAIR. If your extensions you have purchased are not the right shade, please get in contact at info@millionhairextensions.com to exchange for the correct shade. Dyeing the extensions is at your own discretion and we do not hold responsibility for the hair if it becomes compromised.

Yes! Our hair is sourced ethically and is fair trade meaning the price paid for the hair on the donors in Asia are paid a fair price for the hair in exchange. We also only use braid hair meaning hair in other countries such as Indian hair is cut from the scalp in temples which falls to the floor and coagulates together which means the hair is no longer in the same direction which causes matting & knots.

Absolutely you can wash your hair, if you have not already purchased our own branded Extension shampoo designed to keep your extensions shiny & healthy. Although if you do not want to use our own shampoo & conditioner, we recommend a shampoo without sulphates. Like your own hair the shampoo should only be put near the root rather than on all of the hair.

Certainly, you can! The maximum should not exceed 185°C and is what GHD’s reach up to. GHD’s research found that hair doesn’t get any straighter if they are over 185°C, this means going over, can cause unnecessary damage to the hair and reduce the length of your extensions. Curling tools also have temperature gages, so you can reduce this by still getting a long-lasting curl on your hair. If ever using a heat protectant, you must make sure to blow-dry it in or leave it to dry before putting heat on it. We recommend before using heat on the Extensions; you should clairfy the hair with shampoo.

Yes! Please send a picture in natural daylight of your hair with three views, the front, side & back. Please do not send selfies as we are unable to obtain the colours of your hair from filters & lack of visibility. info@millionhairextensions.com

Currently we have no planned date for the arrival of permanant ranges, but we do sell all of the aftercare & tools such as I-Tip Rings, Extension Pliers, Walkers No-Shine Tape & Extension Remover for them.

We stopped using our signature packing in 2021 due to COVID & financial costs of using it. Importing has been subject to being much harder as a small company to get usual resources. To summarise, our hair is sent out without the packaging, making the delivery cheaper for customers.
